Question 1

What do I actually get?

Accepted Answer

A private link, just for the two of you. Inside it: an original song about them, a 2-minute music video where they are the star, and a movie poster to keep. A singer performs the song, and your name is in it. You choose the style and the stage. Breakout Star is one video and one poster. Superstar adds a second night and a 20-second trailer you can send ahead. Megastar adds a third video and a little look behind the scenes. It all lives on the link, ready to watch the moment it is done.

Question 2

Do I have to film my pet?

Accepted Answer

You don't have to film a thing. One clear photo of their face is enough for the whole show, and two or three is lovely if you have them. A regular iPhone picture is perfect. If we can't quite see their face, we'll kindly ask for another before we start the clock.

Question 3

Will it look like them?

Accepted Answer

We build the whole night from the photos you send, so it should feel like them walking into the light. It is a concert made for that pet. If the animal on screen is clearly someone else, or the song forgets their name, we remake that video. Free.

Question 4

Which pets can debut?

Accepted Answer

Dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, and fish. Whoever has been waiting at the door. One beloved pet per order. If two of them each deserve a night, that is two debuts.

Question 5

How soon will it be ready?

Accepted Answer

Breakout Star is ready within 48 hours. Superstar and Megastar are ready within 24 hours. We start counting once we have a photo we can use, their name, your name, and payment. If we are still waiting on a clearer picture, that time is ours to wait, not yours to lose.

Question 6

Which bundle should I choose?

Accepted Answer

Breakout Star ($89) is a beautiful first night: one song and one poster. Superstar ($149) is two stages and a trailer to send ahead of the premiere. That is the one most people share with the people who love them. Megastar ($199) is the full celebrity treatment: three videos and a peek behind the scenes. Every bundle includes the poster, and one free redo if a video misses them.

Question 7

What if it misses them?

Accepted Answer

Write us. Every order includes one free redo of one music video. Email hello@petdebut.com within 7 days if it is not them, the song is not about them, the poster cannot be kept, or a file will not play, and we will make that one again. We keep the same pet and the same style. Each debut is made just for them, so a change of heart stays with the order you placed.

Question 8

Who can see it?

Accepted Answer

Only the people you choose. We email the private link to you, and you can pass it to family or post it on your own accounts as a little keepsake. Anyone holding the link can open it, the way anyone holding a letter can read it, so send it to the people who already love them. You can download the files to keep. Please leave them off the market and out of ads. Your photos stay with this debut. We never sell them, and we never keep your card number.
